Tianjin JHBF Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.(Janhoo) is a high-tech enterprise specialising in the R&D and production of semiconductor optical amplifiers SOA. Relying on the Institute of Optoelectronic Integration Microsystems and the Joint Laboratory of Optical Convergence and Perception of the Tianjin Institute of Electronics, Tsinghua University, the company has already launched a number of semiconductor optical amplifiers SOA (1060nm, 1310nm, 1550nm).
